Today their way of life is considered logical and even advisable. They are <strong>the inhabitants of small houses<\/strong>. From 1978 to 2007, the average house size went from 165 m (165 sqm) to 1,000 sqm. <sup>2<\/sup> &nbsp;a 230 m <sup>2<\/sup> . Disproportionate growth, but assumed to be natural. So natural that having a house that is too small in the US is even illegal. Some have opted for this way of life in order to enjoy other things that are more important to them.
