Monapart and the buenagente community arrives in the Canary Islands<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Recently, we have welcomed two exceptional teams to our community: Cosmos in Gran Canaria and Naymar in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although Monapart's HQs are a 3.30-hour flight from the Canary Islands, distance is relative, especially when it comes to growing the community of 1TP5GoodAgent<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cosmos is a talented team comprising of Naira Ceballos<\/a>, Miguel Forteza<\/a>, Rosi Marrero<\/a>, Antonio P\u00e9rez<\/a> and led by M\u00f3nica N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/a>. They are based in Gran Canaria and have impressive professional experience and over 500 successful sales. Their backgrounds span a range of disciplines, including tourism, retail, team management and digital skills. Naymar<\/a>The dream team, on the other hand, is a dream team based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, formed by Nayra Torres and Marta Palomares, dedicated to the sale, rental and personal shopping, personalised advice on the acquisition of homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story of these two Tenerife women is fascinating. NayMar is their real estate project, an evocative word that incorporates the sea, reflecting their deep connection to the island. Nayra brings her experience in the financial world, while Marta has a strong military background. Despite their different backgrounds, they met as real estate agents and found they shared values and a strong service orientation. The 1TP5GoodAgent community<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, Monapart transformed its business focus from a traditional real estate franchising model to become a service platform for real estate agents<\/a> across the country. This change came in response to a common problem in the sector: being an independent estate agent was becoming increasingly difficult and less profitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To address this issue, we conducted a survey which revealed that while agents valued their independence, they often faced loneliness, disrepute, lack of marketing and lack of appropriate technology tools. This led us to rethink our mission and design a value proposition specifically for real estate agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
