The last stop of the #captandobajolalluvia training was in Barcelona, specifically in Vil-la Ur\u00e0nia, an ideal place where Jos\u00e9 Luis Echeverr\u00eda was able to give more than 50 real estate agents and colleagues a training that could not be better in these times.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In it they learned to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Analyse the conversion funnel. Past analysis for future projection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- They saw the catalogue of solutions to generate owner leads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Create annual planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Taming the agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2 hours of training they learnt concepts, ideas, models and tools that they did not know and which they can put into practice immediately. No beating around the bush, no endless introductions that lead nowhere, no commercial breaks, no filler motivational videos that you have seen a thousand times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
