In the framework of the Fotocasa Pro Conference<\/a>held on Wednesday 19 October at the Teatro Eslava in Madrid, the real estate portal\u00a0Fotocasa<\/a>\u00a0has presented the Fotocasa Pro Awards in the categories of transparency and information excellence, best business strategy, real estate innovation, real estate entrepreneurship, CSR, personal brand and track record.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eduard Sol\u00e9, Partner and Operations Director, Jos\u00e9 Luis Echeverr\u00eda, Partner and CEO of Monapart, Nieves Archilla, Real Estate Agent in Madrid and Olga Sala, Partner and Marketing Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The award, presented by Eduard Andreu<\/a>Fotocasa's commercial director, recognises this initiative with which we have successfully developed a change in the business model, based on community and technology with a differentiating approach.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winners of the Fotocasa Pro Awards<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In the category of real estate innovation<\/strong>the winner was Secure Renting<\/a> for its initiative 'Implementation of predictive risk analysis'. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its part, the real estate entrepreneurship award<\/strong> has been for the virtual legal advisor Mike<\/a>. The reason for the recognition was the development of the 'Just Mike It' legal assistant, which presents essential information for industry professionals and individuals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CSR award<\/strong> was awarded to the G\u00f3mez-Pintado Foundation<\/a> for its dedication to the training of women in construction through Via Agora, a pioneering initiative that has succeeded in empowering women in the sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real estate coach and trainer Roc\u00edo Gonz\u00e1lez Gasque<\/a> has been awarded in the category of personal branding<\/strong> for the creation of the multi-platform tool 'Let's talk about', which aims to inspire and enhance the personal and professional growth of agents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inma Benedito<\/a>journalist from Business Insider<\/a> specialising in real estate, has been awarded in the category of transparency and excellence in reporting<\/strong> for its proposal \"Bubble 'light': why the new housing boom will be different from the 2008 crash<\/a>\".  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, Jos\u00e9 Merino, General Manager of Fotocasa, presented the prize for the best professional career<\/strong> to Jes\u00fas Gil Mar\u00edn and Manuel Marr\u00f3n, founders of the real estate company Gilmar.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This recognition encourages us to continue to commit to a different way of doing things in the real estate sector: more human, more innovative and more focused on the community. At Monapart we believe that the future of the market depends on agents who are true benchmarks, and this award is a further step in our commitment to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
