American? You\u2019d surely prefer a few drops of Tabasco; Japanese? Perhaps a little kimuchi or ponzu sauce; Spanish? In other words, you eat 100 grams of oysters and they give you almost as much iron as 100 grams of beef liver and eight times more vitamin B12 than 100 grams of beef or ox meat. Furthermore, they have a fat content of just 1.4 grams per 100 grams.
