Apple no va explicar l&#039;iPod compartint les seves caracter\u00edstiques f\u00edsiques (aix\u00f2 \u00e9s a la seva web), sin\u00f3 \u201c<strong>imagina&#039;t <\/strong>portant tota la m\u00fasica del m\u00f3n a la butxaca mentre passeges una tarda de primavera\u2026\u201d Diferent, \u00bfoi?\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abPer qu\u00e8 mantenir la relaci\u00f3 amb el client? Perqu\u00e8 si el teu client t&#039;hi t\u00e9 present, et recomanar\u00e0. I el client satisfet \u00e9s el millor actiu de la teva empresa\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abGr\u00e0cies a les plataformes digitals, tenim un <strong>ecosistema multicanal per mantenir viva la conversa amb el nostre client<\/strong>. Com? A trav\u00e9s de compartir <strong>continguts rellevants<\/strong>, no caient en un to corporatiu, amb <strong>sentit de l&#039;humor<\/strong>\u2026 \u00c9s un error molt com\u00fa centrar tota la comunicaci\u00f3 a parlar nom\u00e9s del producte, ja que no hi ha un tema m\u00e9s ric i que doni tant de joc com el de l&#039;habitatge\u2026 Els usuaris busquen l<\/em><em>a informaci\u00f3 tangible a Google, per\u00f2 el patrimoni del&nbsp;<strong>enlla\u00e7 amb el client<\/strong>&nbsp;segueix sent de les marques. No ho desaprofitem parlant de metres quadrats\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Les plataformes digitals tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n una font d&#039;informaci\u00f3 potent\u00edssima per <strong>con\u00e8ixer millor els nostres clients potencials<\/strong>. Tot queda registrat, i nom\u00e9s cal estar atent al que els interessa, no nom\u00e9s per cridar la seva atenci\u00f3 (aix\u00f2 \u00e9s f\u00e0cil) sin\u00f3 per mantenir-la.
