No, no arrugues les celles ni et sorprenguis, <a href=\"https:\/\/plateselector.com\/pastas-artesanas-elio-costanzo-simonetta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Elio i Simonetta<\/a> s&#039;aixequen cada dia amb els galls per amassar, laminar, trefilar i produir els <strong>deliciosos raviolis, capelletis, canelons, tallarines, mezzalunas, fusilli, fetuccine<\/strong>\u2026 I gr\u00e0cies a ells, alimentar-nos, per\u00f2 alimentar-nos de bon rotllo. El bon rotllo que nom\u00e9s tenen persones que fa anys que practiquen el ioga i que viatgen sovint a l&#039;\u00cdndia cada any per meditar. Aquest bon rotllo. Aix\u00ed que la seva pasta \u00e9s \u00abbona pasta\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/magazine.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/mediabrowser\/pasta-artesana-elio-costanzo_1.jpg\" alt=\"Pastes Artesanes Elio Constanzo | Monapart \"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tots sabem els beneficis de la <strong>pasta fresca<\/strong>: \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de conservar i de cuinar, alimenta d&#039;una manera completa (a trav\u00e9s de les prote\u00efnes, vitamines i carbohidrats), i \u00e9s f\u00e0cil de digerir i assimilar. A m\u00e9s, no s&#039;engreix i agrada a gaireb\u00e9 tothom (coneixes alg\u00fa a qui no li agradi la pasta?). En definitiva, cap altre aliment t\u00e9 un rendiment nutritiu igual pel mateix cost i \u00e9s de tan r\u00e0pida i f\u00e0cil execuci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/magazine.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/mediabrowser\/pasta-artesana-elio-costanzo_4.jpg\" alt=\"Pastes Artesanes Elio Constanzo | Monapart \"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/magazine.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/mediabrowser\/pasta-artesana-elio-costanzo_5.jpg\" alt=\"Pastes Artesanes Elio Constanzo | Monapart \"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 ja ho saps, per\u00f2 parlant amb Elio &amp; Simonetta aprenem moltes altres coses: que la pasta no \u00e9s el veritable plat, sin\u00f3 l&#039;acompanyament a una bona salsa\u2026 que la sal s&#039;afegeix a l&#039;aigua quan ja bull\u2026 que la salsa mai no se serveix a part\u2026 que la pasta fresca es congela i es llen\u00e7a directament a l&#039;aigua bullint (el sopar!) no es tallen mai\u2026 i culleres no, si us plau!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/magazine.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/mediabrowser\/pasta-artesana-elio-costanzo_3.jpg\" alt=\"Pastes Artesanes Elio Constanzo | Monapart \"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha tantes maneres de preparar la pasta com <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/magazine\/ca\/llar\/cuina-saludable-amb-laura-sense-refinar\/\">cuiners<\/a>.
