I monaparters, aix\u00f2 en un sector com l&#039;immobiliari, no \u00e9s f\u00fatil. Amb <a href=\"http:\/\/www.somrie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Somrie<\/strong><\/a> compartim l&#039;optimisme que porten impr\u00e8s en tot all\u00f2 que fan, comen\u00e7ant pel nom. Estalvi de temps, mitjan\u00e7ant un pentinat del mercat i fent un filtre exhaustiu del que el client busca i necessita realment.<br>2. Estalvi de diners, fent una intermediaci\u00f3 sempre a favor del client comprador.<br>3. Estalvi de mals de cap, verificant amb un t\u00e8cnic les condicions \u00f2ptimes de cada habitatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Qor93z10Two<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a Enric, la manca d&#039;atenci\u00f3 al client comprador ha provocat durant massa temps una situaci\u00f3 de desemparament a causa de la dictadura imposada per la demanda de producte. Aquest fet fa absolutament necessari el canvi de concepci\u00f3, prioritzant les necessitats del client, escoltant-ho i deixant-ho opinar. \u201cInnovar en immobili\u00e0ria, un sector immobilitzat per si mateix, ha estat una tasca dif\u00edcil\u201d diu l&#039;Enric, per\u00f2 ens confessa que ell sempre ha tingut una visi\u00f3 una mica rebel del sector i que defensar els interessos dels clients ha estat sempre la seva prioritat m\u00e9s gran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cInnovar en immobili\u00e0ria, un sector immobilitzat de per si mateix, ha estat una tasca dif\u00edcil\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En l&#039;actualitat Enric \u00e9s el president de la <strong>Associaci\u00f3 Espanyola de Personal Shopper Immobiliari<\/strong> (<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ae-psi.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AEPSI<\/a><\/strong>) la finalitat del qual \u00e9s aglutinar totes les empreses a nivell nacional d&#039;agents del comprador o personal shoppers immobiliaris, per unir forces en la construcci\u00f3 d&#039;un nou i innovador servei en immobili\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jl_echeverria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds<\/a> (soci fundador de Monapart) i l&#039;Enric sempre han compartit moltes somriures.
