Aquests preus poden ser superiors a pisos reformats amb vistes espectaculars a la bas\u00edlica.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p>En definitiva, la <strong>demanda supera amb escreix l&#039;oferta<\/strong>, i no \u00e9s estrany que un pis ben situat es llogui en menys de 48 hores. A Barcelona la demanda s?ha multiplicat per tres, amb nivells r\u00e8cord d?interessats per habitatge (m\u00e9s de 360 contactes en deu dies).
