Quintana, per la seva banda, opina que \u00abels portals, per una banda, ens miren com els clients per\u00f2, finalment,<strong>&nbsp;som els que els paguem els honoraris i els que els fem cr\u00e9ixer amb la majoria de productes<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jordi Benito reconeix que \u00abavui dia s\u00f3n la nostra font principal d?obtenci\u00f3 de leads de compradors, i per tant hem de treballar amb ells. S\u00f3n un mal necessari perqu\u00e8 no sabem mai si estem pagant el preu just per aquest servei\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote alignright is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abLa part perversa dels portals immobiliaris \u00e9s que ens estan portant totes les ag\u00e8ncies a una carrera armament\u00edstica, cada cop invertint m\u00e9s recursos per estar cada vegada m\u00e9s amunt i generant cada vegada m\u00e9s depend\u00e8ncia\u00bb (Jos\u00e9 Luis Echeverr\u00eda).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francesc Quintana pensa que el problema \u00abest\u00e0 quan entrem a&nbsp;<strong>subhastar entre tots quin \u00e9s el lead que t\u00e9 millor posicionament, que no el que t\u00e9 millor qualitat<\/strong>\u00ab. Jordi Campreci\u00f3s considera que els portals s\u00f3n \u00abuna eina m\u00e9s de treball, i no per aix\u00f2 has de deixar de potenciar la teva visibilitat i la teva web.&nbsp;<strong>Excedir la depend\u00e8ncia als portals no \u00e9s el correcte<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gregorio Est\u00e9vez considera que les ag\u00e8ncies \u00abels hem alimentat i no ens han tingut en compte. Estem en un moment en qu\u00e8 les empreses busquen arribar al client per mitj\u00e0 dels canals de digitalitzaci\u00f3 de forma m\u00e9s directa, i aix\u00f2 ens permetr\u00e0, d&#039;alguna manera,&nbsp;<strong>alliberar-nos del jou dels portals<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"496\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/monapart-trudebate-truhoo.jpg\" alt=\"Primer Tru-debat | Monapart\" class=\"wp-image-15439\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/monapart-trudebate-truhoo.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/monapart-trudebate-truhoo-300x155.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/monapart-trudebate-truhoo-768x397.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bf Qu\u00e8 poden fer els portals immobiliaris per millorar el servei?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons Est\u00e9vez, no s&#039;est\u00e0 donant realment una situaci\u00f3 de win-win entre els portals i les ag\u00e8ncies que els fan servir. \u00abEls donem tanta informaci\u00f3 que ens haurien de tornar i fer que moltes de les seves eines, que treballen amb la nostra informaci\u00f3, ens les reportessin per poder acostar-nos amb m\u00e9s facilitat al client.&nbsp;<strong>El Big Data est\u00e0 a les mans, per\u00f2 si els demanem que ens la posin a la nostra disposici\u00f3, ens cobren per aix\u00f2<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per tancar el debat, Francesc Quintana pensa que l&#039;orientaci\u00f3 del servei del portal hauria d&#039;estar enfocada al client final i les necessitats reals. \u00abQui aconsegueixi fer-los arribar (el seu producte) de la millor manera i m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil&nbsp;<strong>\u00e9s el que hauria d&#039;agafar un posicionament destacat<\/strong>&nbsp;davant dels dos o tres grans que hi ha al sector\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El domingo 19 de junio amaneci\u00f3 con una entrevista a doble p\u00e1gina a Tete Cresp\u00ed, nuestra socia en Monapart Palma, a cargo de Nadal Suau para el diario El Mundo (edici\u00f3n Baleares).
