L&#039;IPC al mateix per\u00edode ha pujat un 3,3%. WTF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 2021 (l&#039;any amb els preus m\u00e9s baixos dels darrers cinc) un pis de 75m2 tenia una renda mitjana de 1.000\u20ac a Barcelona i 1.100\u20ac a Madrid. On cal signar?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant tot l&#039;any 2021, Catalunya va aplicar una llei de regulaci\u00f3 dels preus del lloguer molt semblant a la que ha aprovat el Govern espanyol. Durant la vig\u00e8ncia de la llei a Catalunya, els preus van baixar un 4,321 TP3T. A Madrid, ciutat sense llei, van baixar un 9,12%. S\u00ed, has llegit b\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En els darrers 6 anys, hi ha hagut cinc canvis legislatius importants que han afectat els lloguers. La batejada com a \u201cNova llei d&#039;habitatge\u201d \u00e9s el sis\u00e8 canvi. Un per any de mitjana.
