- 113 m23 rooms2 bathrooms
113 m2 apartment divided into two floors, in a building dating from 1880, without elevator.
The apartment underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2010 changing its original configuration. Exposed iron beams in the living room are one of the characteristic features of this renovation which give a certain industrial feel.
The access to the house is through the first floor where we find the sleeping area with the bedrooms, two double and one single, a generous bathroom with a large shower and two sinks, and a large porch with two storage rooms, one of them with laundry function. The two double bedroom have access to the porch through the beautiful balconies painted in vintage blue. Through them the whole storey gets natural light thanks to its orientation to the south.
A wide and comfortable staircase leads to the lower floor, where a diaphanous space conforms the living-dining room and the kitchen. There is also a guest toilet. A nice interior patio offers a lot of light to this whole floor thanks to the sliding door of great dimension and enormous height. There is another closed storage room in this patio.
The fully open kitchen is on one side, and communicates directly with the dining area on one side, and with the exit to the patio on the other. On the other side, and separated only by a low partition, we have the lounge area.
Smooth walls, natural oak wooden flooring throughout the house, high ceilings and exposed beams.
Exterior white aluminum carpentry on the lower floor, and wooden recovered and painted carpentry on the first floor.
Gas boiler for domestic hot water. Gas heating on the lower floor, and electric heating on the first floor.
