103 m2 house in a village distributed on 2 floors and a patio of 18 m2 in the Nou de Gaià.
In 2007 a comprehensive renovation was carried out, maintaining the original elements such as the wooden beams structure, the staircase, large structural walls and wooden doors, retaining the rustic air and village house. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom, a 15 m2 living room, facing southeast, with fireplace, and the 24 m2 kitchen-dining room which leads to the rear patio, which has a laundry area, and a staircase that accesses the terrace on the first floor.
The first floor has 3 exterior double bedrooms, of 9, 11, 13 m2 respectively and a bathroom with shower. The pavement is made of ceramic with a rustic air, throughout the house. The facade walls have a lot of thermal inertia (50 cm). The carpentries were all changed during the renovation, and are now made of aluminum imitating wood with glass chamber and integrated mosquito nets. There is a chimney and electric radiators, although, by means of minor work, natural gas could easily be accessed. Hot water is obtained by an electric boiler. Appliances are included, but the furniture is negotiable.
