The kitchen has all the appliances, except dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchenware.
The resting area has an outward looking window and is equipped with a wardrobe and a double bed with a base useful as storaging space.
The bathroom has a shower tray, a towel heater and an outdoor window.
