The apartment has been designed with open concept and is in the third floor of a building without elevator, in the popular Santa Isabel street, close to Paseo del Prado.
There is a great central space with the living-dining room and integrated kitchen, with beautiful wooden beams from the original architecture of the house, and a balcony facing Santa Isabel street. The living room includes a TV screen and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher too).
The bedroom is interior, has a double bed, dressing room and a bathroom with shower tray and a towel heater.
The apartment has parquet flooring, air conditioning and heating with radiators through gas boiler, thermostatically controlled.
It is in a building from the end of 19th century, in the well-known Santa Isabel street which joins the popular San Antón Market and the Reina Sofía Museum, a street full of activity, gastronomy, leisure and emblematic buildings, a funny mix of the neighborhoods of Lavapiés and Las Letras.

The open concept design of spaces, giving all the leading presence to the wooden beams which separate the living-dining room and the kitchen.
It is a short-term rental, rented per month, one year maximum.
The cost of supplies is not included in the price (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi). It is requested a provision of 150€/month, to be regularized at the end of the contract in order to check and pay only the real consumptions.
The financial entry conditions are a two-months deposit, the first month of rent and the agency fee (according to the length of the stay, a maximum of 1 month + VAT for one-year contracts).
Essential to prove economic solvency: payrolls, guarantees or similar in case of self-employment. In the case of not having income in Spain, other information and additional guarantees will be requested.
