The duplex penthouse is located on the third floor of a building currently under renovation, which will be the first multi-family building with self-produced energy in Girona, which provides 50% of the building's electricity demand with photovoltaic energy.

It will also have photovoltaic production to generate 50% of the energy needed by the building.
