153 m2 renovated apartment on a second floor of a building from 1910 without elevator.
In 2015, an exhaustive rehabilitation project was carried out, taking care of every last detail to preserve the original elements, whenever possible, or integrating new materials without losing its authenticity.
We access a large hall / distributor with high ceilings. The wooden floor frames a box of hydraulic tiles, recovered from an old room of the apartment. The distributor gives access to the kitchen, to a full bathroom with shower, to a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe with red lattice doors, to the dressing room that gives direct access to the master bedroom and the living room. The wooden doors to the rooms, some double, and others painted in an original vintage green color are worth noting.
The kitchen, on the one hand ventilates through a window to the light well and, on the other it has an opening to the dining room with a partition at half height that acts as a bar. The floor, furniture and kitchen appliances are a nice mix that make the kitchen a very pleasant stay. In a corner a small space has been enabled for the area of washer-dryer and cleaning equipment.
The living room has a large volume due to the height of the ceilings and its square volume. A double wooden door gives us access to a room that is now used as an office. Continuously, and from the office, you access the master bedroom suite, with free-standing bathtub, shower, sink area and tiles that are integrated with the bedroom. The toilet is in the cabin. A turquoise door hides the dressing room, which is communicated through another door with the distributor at the entrance.
These three rooms, living room, office and master bedroom have direct access to the porch-gallery that connects them from the outside. The terrace, with original tiles and porticoes, Mallorcan type, in the same vintage green color, overlooks the courtyards of other buildings. It is calm and sunny.
Walls painted in white and parquet flooring. Solid wooden exterior carpentry painted in white. Wooden interior carpentry and restored wooden beams.
Heating and sanitary hot water by natural gas boiler.
